How It Works

• Employees clock in and clock out at time clocks, IVR phone devices, smartphones, or browser time clocks at a desktop or kiosk computer. Supervisor can clock in and clock out crews using smartphones or desktops, laptops or kiosks.
• Policies and rules automatically validate attendance data, marking lateness, sending appropriate notifications to superivsors, calculating regular and overtme, shift differentials or other premiums.
• Supervisor dashboards and reports to monitor and approve daily or weekly employee timesheets.
• Work schedules set and approved scheduled time off.
• Time off accruals calculated by Pacific Timesheet or synchronized with payroll.
• Send pay & cost data to ERP, payroll and/or accounting systems.
• Update employee data, accruals and pay rates. Can also synchronize bill rates, job and cost code data with ERP, accounting, and payroll systems.
