My Support Customer Portal You can log into our Customer Portal directly to log a new service request, or check the status on old service requests. You can also search for solutions to your questions or issues. This requires an assigned customer login. If you do not have a customer login you can using our Public Knowledgebase which does not require a login and password. You can also Log a Service Request, Question or Case without a customer login.
