Pacific Timesheet Update

Version 6.75 Build 370, May 26, 2010

This page documents all new features, enhancements and bug fixes included in this release of Pacific Timesheet. For information on changes made in previous versions of Pacific Timesheet, please see the release notes archive.

New Features and Enhancements

1. New Scheduled Exports

You can now schedule the export of employees, groups, projects, tasks and other system objects. You can export to either a local directory (self-hosted only), or to an FTP site. You can configure these exports from the System > General > Data Integration page.

2. Employee's Approver Now Shown On Account Page

An employee can now see who their approver is on the Home > My Account page.

3. Timesheet Import - "Date" Column Support

You can now specify a "Date" column in timesheet import files, rather than a "Start" column. The "Date" column just contains the date, e.g. "3/28/2010", and should be used when you do not know or care about the time of day for the time entry. This is different than the "Start" column, which combines a date with a time, e.g. "3/28/2010 9:00AM". Note that when using the "Date" column you will want to specify the "Hours" column, too.
