New Features

1. New Notice: Employee Late

There is a new email notice, "Employee Late", that can be sent if an employee punches in late. To configure this you need to specify the new "Scheduled Start" property on the employee properties page, then edit the "Employee Late" notice on the System > Notices page to specify how many minutes after the scheduled start is considered late.
