1. Auto-Import Directory
Self-hosted versions of the software now support a new auto-import directory option.
You can designate a directory for auto-import, and any CSV files dropped into it will be automatically imported into Pacific Timesheet.
Go to the System > General > Data Integration > Auto-Import Directory page, then click the Help link for more information.
2. New Option: Clip Exported Time Entries
There is a new option, Clip Exported Time Entries, on the System > General > System Options page.
This option is useful if you are exporting time entries for time periods different than the timesheet period.
You would want to check this option, for instance, if timesheets have weekly periods but you export to payroll semimonthly.
3. Leave Calendar on Employee Properties Page
If you are an administrator or manager you can now view an employee's leave calendar on their properties page (Employees tab).
