New Features

This is an enhancement release only.

Enhancements and Fixes

1. Holiday Locales.

Holidays can now be configured to only apply to employees in certain locales (locations). For instance, you can specify that Martin Luther King holiday only show for employees with the United States locale.

2. Leave Reconciliation.

When listing timesheets you can now quickly see if the leave taken matches the leave requested. A new column, Requested Leave, has been added to the Timesheets and Approval tab. If the timesheet is submitted and the value in the Leave column doesn't match the value in the Requested Leave column, the values will be shown in red to make it easy to catch timesheet leave discrepancies.

3. Leave Rules.

You can specify whether holidays and approved leave requests are automatically placed on timesheets. By default, they will not be placed on your employee's timesheets. To have them be placed on timesheets go to the System > Policies page and edit the Schedule Rules. Check either the "Add Leave requests to timesheet" and/or "Add Holidays to timesheet" as desired.

4. WBS Dependecies Support in Report Filters.

WBS filters in reports will now limit which projects, tasks, etc. are displayed based on the WBS dependency. For instance, if the projects you can select on your timesheet depend on the selected customer, then the list of projects in the report filter will be limited to the appropriate customer filter selection.
