This page documents all feature enhancements and bug fixes included in the Pacific Timesheet 6.2 update. For information on changes made in previous versions of Pacific Timesheet, please see the release notes archive.

This is an enhancement release only - there are no new major features.

1. Project, Task Changes.

Changed the name of the following fields: Start Date -> Planned Start Date, Finish Date -> Planned Finish Date, Estimated Work -> Planned Work. Added Actual Start Date, Actual Finish Date and Actual Work properties to tasks and projects.

2. Approval Changes.

If you are using multiple approval levels there are two additional status filters: Pending Approval and Approved. Pending Approval returns all timesheets that have not had any approval levels checked. Approved returns all timesheets that have all approval levels checked.

3. Notice Changes.

If you are using multiple approval levels you can now specify whether Request Approved notices are sent when any level is approved, or only when all levels are approved.


4. Login Auditing Records IP Address.

Login auditing now records the IP address of the person attempting the login.
