  1. Employees enter time and work information, time off taken and make time off requests through browsers, handheld, cell phone or PDA devices, IVR phone or time clock interfaces.
  2. Policies and rules validate timesheets and automatically calculate overtime.
  3. Policies and rules validate time off submissions against available time off balances and scheduled time off.
  4. Supervisors review submissions, approve or reject with comments submitted timesheets and time off requests.
  5. Automated email notifications remind users to submit timesheet and make approvals on time.
